PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE MAKING YOUR BOOKING 

  • If you haven’t had lash/brow tinting, lash lift or lash extensions with us before, you will need to have a patch test no less than 48 hours before the treatment booking. It is a quick process and just needs you to pop in to the salon so we can do it.  Please also book this in when you book your treatment. If a patch test is not done we will not be able to go ahead and do the treatment.
  • Once you have made the booking, you can access it via the login you created whilst making the appointment. The system will not send you a confirmation email but you will receive a text 24 hours before your appointment. If you can see the booking has been made through your login, it will also be on our system. 
  • If you are hoping to get an emergency appointment OR have any questions about any of the treatments on offer, please rather phone the salon and speak to one of us on 01483 414 671.
  • Please note, you can book the appointment through this online system but not cancel them, if you some reason you need to cancel the appointment, please contact us at the salon.
  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, as small business we loose a lot of valuable time by people cancelling their appointments last minute or through No Shows. This can be extremely detrimental. For new clients or larger bookings we may ask for a deposit to secure the booking.
  • Please don’t make bookings for multiple days/times for the same treatment unless you plan to have the treatment more than once. We will contact you to confirm for one and cancel the rest.
  • Please ensure that your contact details are correct before confirming the booking, we may need to get hold of you in advance of your appointment for any home care or pre treatment recommendations. You will receive a reminder text the day before the appointment. You can view any you have made bookings on the Fresha site through your online login generated when you made your first booking. We and our online booking system are GDPR complaint and your information is never handed out.
