Please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to relax and complete a consultation form. Late arrivals regrettably result in shortened treatment time, charged at full rate. Credit card details are required to secure an appointment. Clients wishing to change or cancel an appointment are requested to provide twenty-four hours notice, or the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to have children in the salon during treatment times unless pre-arranged with a senior member of staff.
Should you be unahppy with your visit to Rare for whatever reason, please kindly let us know in writing within twenty-four hours.
